Our factory has own painting spray room( 喷漆房), for carbon steel
weighing beams, you know before painting, the color of carbon steel
was dark black as the nature color of the steel.
The painting spray adopts sealed spraying, oil curtain adsorption
and activated carbon purification. It can meet the national
environmental protection requirements.
The outer layer is treated by a method of spraying plastic powder
on parts, that is called spray coating.
